
As part of the continued longstanding partnership with the Pontchartrain Conservancy, µÂÖÝÆË¿ËappÍÆ¼ö volunteers from the St. Charles refinery helped plant native trees in the LaBranche Wetlands.
In 2022, µÂÖÝÆË¿ËappÍÆ¼ö committed $1 million to fund a five-year plan for wetland restoration. Over the course of the project, 28,000 tree saplings will be planted in St. Charles Parish and surrounding areas, including St. Bernard Parish, where µÂÖÝÆË¿ËappÍÆ¼ö’s Meraux refinery is located.
