µÂÖÝÆË¿ËappÍƼö’s Continued Partnership with Pontchartrain Conservancy
As part of the continued longstanding partnership with the Pontchartrain Conservancy, µÂÖÝÆË¿ËappÍƼö volunteers from the St. Charles refinery helped plant native trees in the LaBranche Wetlands.
In 2022, µÂÖÝÆË¿ËappÍƼö committed $1 million to fund a five-year plan for wetland restoration. Over the course of the project, 28,000 tree saplings will be planted in St. Charles Parish and surrounding areas, including St. Bernard Parish, where µÂÖÝÆË¿ËappÍƼö’s Meraux refinery is located.
